The gear reducer is an external meshing involute helical cylindrical gear reducer manufactured in accordance with the national professional standard ZBJ19004. In China, this type of gear reducer is widely used in the East China region as the slewing mechanism for tower-mounted cranes and is extensively applied in fields such as metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, cement, construction, chemical industry, textile, dyeing, and pharmaceuticals.
Gear reducers are typically used in transmission equipment that requires low rotational speed and high torque. Even ordinary motor-driven reducers often employ several pairs of gears operating on the same principle to achieve an ideal reduction effect. The ratio of the number of teeth on the large gear to that on the small gear is known as the transmission ratio. As the reducer industry continues to develop, an increasing number of companies are adopting gear reducers in their operations.

Application scope of gear reducers
1. The speed of the high-speed shaft shall not exceed 1500 rpm.
2. The circumferential speed of gear transmission shall not exceed 20 meters per second.
3. The operating environment temperature should be between -40°C and 45°C. If the temperature falls below 0°C, the lubricating oil should be preheated to above 0°C before starting the equipment.
4. The gear reducer can be used for operation in both forward and reverse directions.

1. The gears are made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel that has undergone carburizing and quenching, achieving a tooth surface hardness of HRC58-62. All gears are manufactured using CNC gear grinding technology, ensuring high precision and excellent contact performance.
