The reducer should not be left standing for too long; if it has been stored for more than 3 to 6 months and the oil seal has not been immersed in lubricating oil, it is recommended that the reducer user replace the oil seal.
(2) Please follow the reducer’s operating guidelines. The standard working environment temperature is between -5°C and 10°C. If the temperature exceeds this specified range, please contact the manufacturer. Reducers are typically used in conjunction with reduction motors or electric motors; therefore, it is essential to install a ventilation system to enhance heat dissipation and ensure normal operation.
(3) After installation, before starting operation, be sure to check the lubricant level first. Do not immediately load the system to its maximum capacity; it is recommended to increase the load gradually. Additionally, it is advised to install protective devices around the worm gear reducer.
